Jagriti’s Challenges at School
Meanwhile, at school, Jagriti receives praise from her teachers for her remarkable progress in academics. However, her day takes a sour turn when Sapna deliberately steps on her foot, intending to teach her a lesson before walking away. Akash confronts Sapna, but Jagriti stops him, insisting it’s not worth the trouble.
Later, Jagriti confides in Akash about her lingering questions regarding Geeta’s sudden withdrawal of a police complaint. Akash points out her mounting challenges, especially the need to pay her overdue school fees.
Their conversation is interrupted when they overhear students discussing the essay competition announced by Kalikant, offering ₹1 lakh as a reward.
A Mysterious Encounter in the Jungle
Later, Jagriti and Akash watch a video of Geeta’s announcement and realize that Geeta orchestrated this competition to help Jagriti. Inspired, Jagriti begins brainstorming essay topics. She notices a box nearby labeled “I am a Chitta,” which sparks her idea for the essay. Unbeknownst to her, Geeta strategically placed the box to guide her.
While wandering in the jungle, the duo encounters Suraj and Kalindi hiding behind a tree. The two seem alarmed by eerie noises coming from the woods, suspecting the presence of a wild animal. Jagriti investigates and discovers a young goat named Jhumki, with cans tied to its neck causing the unsettling sounds.
Jagriti and Akash devise a plan for Jagriti to enter Kalikant’s mansion. They hide the goat and concoct a story to impress Kalindi and Amol. Jagriti claims to have scared away a ferocious black wolf, a tale that amazes Kalindi. Akash adds that Jagriti possesses the unique ability to communicate with animals, further impressing Kalindi. Enthralled, Kalindi invites Jagriti to become her tour guide and escorts her to Kalikant’s mansion.
Drama Unfolds at Kalikant’s Mansion
Upon seeing Jagriti, Kalikant becomes enraged and points a gun at her. Kalindi intervenes, calming him down with a glass of water and an explanation of how Jagriti “saved” her from a black wolf. Kalindi cleverly points out that welcoming a Chitta into his home would boost Kalikant’s reputation. Convinced, Kalikant reluctantly allows Jagriti to stay.
Geeta’s Secret Plan
Elsewhere, Geeta faces scrutiny from her superior, who accuses her of jeopardizing her mission to expose Kalikant and Amol. With elections looming, the superior expresses doubt about Geeta’s strategy. Undeterred, Geeta confidently asserts that her plan is still intact. She hints that while one daughter caused her setbacks, another will become her greatest strength.
Geeta later meets Ganga, entrusting her with a critical message for Jagriti. Ganga relays the message, instructing Jagriti not to reveal her essay topic to anyone until the chief guest takes the stage. Understanding Geeta’s strategy, Jagriti praises her foresight.
