Overcome with emotion, Jaya breaks down in tears, unable to process the finality of the moment. Meanwhile, Jaikant has sinister plans brewing. Determined to cause harm, he secretly adds poison to a pen’s ink, his malicious intent directed at Vasundara. “When this ink touches her fingers, she will never recover,” he mutters, setting the stage for a shocking turn of events.
On the other side, Vaiju struggles with her emotions. Running down the road, she debates whether to call Ranvijay. “I can’t add to his troubles, especially today,” she resolves, holding back her tears. At home, Vasundara vents her pain to Jaikant, lamenting how their family is crumbling. “Our home will fall apart today because Rana didn’t respect our feelings or decisions,” she says, as Jaikant looks on with a cold smile. Rao Sahab attempts to console her, but Vasundara is consumed by sorrow. “This pain is unbearable,” she declares, as Jaikant whispers to himself, “Soon, I will relieve you of it.”
Meanwhile, Naagraj encourages Vasundara to take an oath, reminding her of her responsibility to those who look up to her as a mother figure. The tension escalates as Ranvijay enters, announcing, “The divorce formalities are complete.” Vasundara, heartbroken, lashes out. “I am ashamed of you. I wish I had died before seeing this day,” she cries, leaving the room in despair.

The Poisoned Pen: A Deadly Trap
Jaikant proceeds with his plan, presenting Vasundara with the poisoned pen and urging her to sign some papers. However, Vasundara hesitates, saying, “I’ll review this later. For now, we must leave to take the oath on time.” She hands the pen and file back to Rao Sahab. Despite Jaikant’s frustration, the family departs.
Later, Ranvijay finds the pen left behind on the table. Unaware of its deadly contents, he uses it to sign some documents. As the ink stains his fingers, he begins to feel dizzy and collapses in his room. Vaiju, returning home, hears his faint cries and rushes upstairs to find him unconscious. Panicked, she vows, “I won’t let anything happen to you.” With immense effort, she carries him on her back and rides a bike to the hospital.
A Race Against Time
At the hospital, Vaiju’s determination shines as she pleads with the staff. “Help him, please! Call the doctor now,” she begs. The doctor arrives and checks Ranvijay, only to announce that his pulse is missing. Vaiju, devastated, prays with all her heart. “I won’t lose you. You mean everything to me,” she whispers, holding onto hope.
