Episode Summary: Anupama Celebrates Bhai Dooj, Family Bonds, and Unexpected Twists
In today’s episode, Ansh asks Adhya if she remembers the brooch. He recalls that Adhya originally bought the brooch for Anuj, but when Ansh showed interest, she gifted it to him instead. Eager to keep family traditions alive, Ansh insists that Adhya perform Bhai Dooj with him. Mahi, though Ansh’s aunt, also joins the Bhai Dooj celebrations, which makes Ansh feel even more loved. To add to the joy, he decides to get Adhya’s favorite dish.
Meanwhile, Kunal confronts Ansh, demanding that he repay some money. Ansh tries to avoid the situation, reminding Kunal it’s Bhai Dooj and he’d like to celebrate. Nevertheless, Kunal and some other boys catch up with him. At the same time, Prem decides to check in on his “princess” and runs into Pakhi. Curious, Pakhi asks if Prem is planning to celebrate Bhai Dooj, but Prem dodges the question, making Pakhi suspicious. She decides to keep a close watch on him.
Elsewhere, Anupama celebrates Bhai Dooj with her brother, Bhavesh. Bhavesh blesses Adhya and makes a surprising announcement: he’s planning to get married. Leela can’t resist a snide remark, commenting that Anupama’s family seems to have a penchant for marriage at an older age. Paritosh suggests Bhavesh consider Nihar, but Bhavesh reveals that it was Nihar who encouraged him to marry. He emphasizes the importance of having a partner in life, which brings joy to Anupama. She looks forward to dancing at her brother’s wedding, acknowledging how vital a companion is for happiness. But Leela interrupts, urging Anupama to focus on celebrating Bhavesh’s wedding later and to prioritize Ansh’s situation.
Trouble arises when Ansh is confronted and hit by Kunal and his friends. Rahi senses something is wrong and learns Ansh is in danger. At the same time, Prem happily reunites with his sister, showing her a picture of Anupama. Rahi, however, is focused on finding Ansh and reaches him just in time to see him getting attacked by Kunal. She jumps in to protect him, and Ansh is taken aback by her bravery.
Back at the Shah household, Anupama and her family await Ansh and Rahi’s return, growing concerned about their whereabouts. Prem learns that Ansh is missing and decides to check on both Ansh and Rahi. Finally, Rahi and Ansh arrive home, and the Shahs breathe a sigh of relief. Ansh assures everyone that he’s fine, but Anupama asks Rahi what happened. Rahi accuses Prem of sending goons to attack Ansh, but Prem defends himself. Ansh clears up the misunderstanding, confirming that Prem wasn’t behind the attack. Leela then questions why Ansh went outside alone.
Ansh explains that he went out to buy a gift for Rahi, which reassures her as they reconcile. Anupama feels hopeful seeing Rahi accept Ansh as her brother and looks forward to her accepting the rest of the family. Together, Rahi, Mahi, Ishani, and Pari celebrate Bhai Dooj with Ansh, strengthening their family bonds.
Towards the end, Anupama apologizes to Prem for Rahi’s assumptions. Prem, however, feels a pang of jealousy as he observes the complete family Ansh has around him. Anupama, sensing this, silently wishes that Rahi will someday find a meaningful connection with Prem.
Precap: Rahi asks Mahi to feed her, leading to an argument about why Rahi hasn’t gone back. Tensions rise between Rahi and Mahi, hinting at more family drama to come.
