In today’s episode of Anupama, the family drama escalates as tensions arise between Anupama, Prem, and the Shah kids. Anupama confronts Prem about secretly taking the Shah children out at night, which he tries to justify by saying he knew the host of the event. However, Anupama feels betrayed, pointing out that Prem lied under the guise of attending a “satsang.” She emphasizes how deeply he has broken her trust and turns her attention to Rahi, who she thought was responsible but is now disappointed for lying as well.
The situation intensifies as Prem explains that the Shahs would not have allowed the children to attend a party. This angers Anupama further, and she nearly slaps him. Pakhi and Paritosh then chime in, admitting they enjoy partying but have never lied to their family about it. This prompts Anupama to question the Shah children’s integrity and their tendency to place blame elsewhere.
Meanwhile, Kinjal tells Pari to lose weight if she wants to wear a tighter dress, sparking another conflict. Pari accuses Kinjal of being overly controlling and constantly bringing up her weight. Kinjal retaliates by saying Pari is disrespecting the family, to which Pari responds with a blunt critique of the Shah family dynamics. She points out that the Shahs are often embroiled in fights and arguments, with Kinjal and Paritosh constantly at odds.
Ishani joins in, supporting Pari’s grievances, and shares her own frustration with being pushed into a modeling and acting career by Pakhi, even though she has no interest in pursuing fame. She calls out Pakhi for being controlling as well. Ansh and Mahi also express their discontent, with Ansh mentioning how the Shahs show love but expect the children to live on their terms. Mahi adds that she feels unaccepted by the Shah family, noting that only Pari, Ishani, Ansh, and Anupama truly care for her.
The heated discussion reaches a turning point when Pari and Ishani ask the Shah elders to seriously consider what they’ve shared instead of simply blaming Prem and Rahi for “brainwashing” the kids. Anupama, holding her ground, asks Pari, Mahi, Ishani, and Ansh to go to their rooms, while addressing Leela, Pakhi, and Pari, who have all pointed fingers at Prem and Rahi. She firmly advises the Shah family to listen to what the younger generation is experiencing instead of merely assigning blame.
After deliberation, Anupama decides to set clear boundaries and asks Prem to leave the house due to the betrayal of trust. She chastises Rahi as well, making it clear that she will not allow anyone to disrupt the Shah kids’ lives. As Prem exits, Anupama turns to Paritosh, Kinjal, and Pakhi, reminding them of the pain parents feel when criticized by their children. She asserts that she will manage the household on her terms from now on. In the end, Paritosh, Rahi, and Kinjal are tasked with supporting Pari, Mahi, Ansh, and Ishani.
As the episode concludes, Anupama sends Diwali wishes to Anuj, reflecting on the challenges and changes that have taken place.
