The episode begins with Rani going to the operation theatre, where she goes to see a woman who is going through labour pain. A nervous Rani gets a call from Devu, which she disconnects. Devu gets worried and sends a voice note to Rani on Ishaan’s suggestion, asking her to come home soon, as everyone is worried.
Rani gets ready for the operation and asks the nurse to call the gynecologist. She tells the ward boy that if action is not taken in time, the whole hospital will face difficulties. The doctor picks up the phone, but refuses to give permission. Rani tries to convince him and says that she is also a patient. The doctor finally allows Rani to operate and guides her. Rani works hard and gives courage to the woman. After hard work, the baby is born. Rani takes the baby in her arms and gets emotional, as she knows how precious the experience of becoming a mother is.
The doctor is impressed with Rani’s efforts and the woman thanks her. Meanwhile, DJ calls, but Rani’s phone is switched off due to low battery. The gynecologist informs Rani that both the mother and the baby are safe. Two media persons come and start making a video of Rani to highlight her abilities, but Rani asks the ward boy to throw them out. After a while, DJ reaches the hospital and learns about the whole situation from Rani’s friend.
When Rani sees DJ in the hospital, he looks angry. But Rani explains to him that when she was stuck in this situation, the first thing she tried to do was to call him. Rani tells him that the woman is now completely fine, but he hides the truth. DJ then takes Rani home. Upon reaching home, Narayani sees that DJ and Rani have returned, and she asks Devu to heat the food.
Narayani asks Rani why she did not pick up the phone, to which Rani replies that her phone was discharged. Meanwhile, DJ gets a call from the hospital director, which shocks him. When he picks up the phone, the director says that he is proud of him but his wife has embarrassed the entire hospital. The director asks him to watch TV.
DJ turns on the TV and everyone is shocked to see that Rani performed the operation without any proper assistance. Rani tries to explain to everyone that she just tried to save the life of the mother and the baby, but this time everyone turns against her. DJ warns her that she will have to face serious consequences for this as the news is spreading fast.
Rani argues that many hospitals do not provide timely treatment. She asks DJ what he would have done if that woman was in his place. Narayani forbids him from saying such words. Ishaan also suggests that DJ should tell Rani. DJ should have called so that he can give her the right advice, but Rani tells that she already called but her phone was not reachable.
Vijay tells DJ that he should go to the hospital and talk on Rani’s behalf, but DJ opposes it and tells Rani that she has to solve her problem on her own.
Rani decides that she will confront the hospital director and put her point across. Narayani and Baa tell DJ that this time he will not support Rani and they have a reason to stop her from going to college.
Episode ends.
Precap: DJ shows cruelty to Rani and starts teaching in the hospital. Rani gets upset and the doctor tells her that her pregnancy is in a very critical condition.
