The episode starts with Pankaj showing Arjun’s father a video in which Rashi is scolding Arjun. After watching the video Arjun’s father wonders who is this ill-mannered woman.
Meanwhile, Prithna and Chirag are discussing the lease issue. Pushpa understands their concern and asks the reason. When they tell her about the lease notice, she gets shocked.
After some time, Ashwin calls Rashi and tells her that they are coming with Dilip. Rashi gets very excited hearing this. On the other hand, Arjun sees the final cutting of the advertisement and realizes that Rashi has something special.
At the chawl, Hasmukh tells everyone that Bapodhara has not renewed the lease and tries to instigate people against him. He warns that now everyone has to vacate the chawl. Just then, Bapodhara reaches there with some other people. Pushpa asks him if they really have to vacate the chawl, but he leaves without answering.
Pushpa and Jugal go to meet Bapodhara to know the truth. Bapodhara tells them that the land owner has refused to renew the lease and the place has now been given to a developer. He also admits that the residents of the chawl may face difficulties now, but he will do everything possible to save it. Meanwhile, Pushpa learns that the land belongs to Kadambari. Meanwhile, Chirag takes Pushpa aside and tells her that Ashwin and Dilip have returned. When Raashi sees Dilip, she is shocked to see his weak condition and asks why he looks so weak.
Ashwin handles the situation and says that his condition has become like this because of working in Bangalore. Deepthi then gives the good news to Pushpa that according to the doctor, Dilip’s chemotherapy results have come positive and there is a high chance of his recovery. Rashi suggests the whole family to go trekking and tells Dilip that she has worked in an advertisement with Pushpa. Ashwin and Dilip praise her and say that the advertisement will surely be a hit.
A meeting is then called at the chawl where Bapodhara tells everyone that Kadhambari has given the land to the developer and now they have to fight to save their house. Ashawari and others support her and say that they will not let their chawl be demolished.
The next day, Rashi tells Dilip that they should go for a jog once before trekking. But suddenly during jogging, Dilip gets dizzy and is about to fall when Arjun comes on time and catches him. Rashi is shocked to see this and asks Arjun what he is doing there. Arjun avoids the topic and says that they will talk later. Arjun gets worried seeing Dilip’s condition and suggests taking him to the hospital but Dilip refuses and says that he is fine. Arjun then takes them in the car and leaves the house.
After reaching home, Ashwin angrily scolds the family for letting Dilip go for jogging with Rashi. In anger, he decides that it is time to tell Rashi the truth about Dilip’s cancer returning.
