The following morning, Devansh wakes up to see Chandrika and Vasudha by his side. Sarika enters and requests tea from Vasudha. However, Devansh asks her to lower her voice as both Chandrika and Vasudha are still asleep. Soon after, they wake up, and Sarika calls everyone into the room. Chandrika examines Devansh and confirms that he has fully recovered. Devansh acknowledges feeling much better. Avinash credits Vasudha’s care for Devansh’s recovery, while Vasudha tells Chandrika that she will return home to freshen up.
Chandrika blesses Vasudha, acknowledging her dedication as a mother. Vasudha humbly responds, saying it was her duty to ensure Devansh’s well-being. Chandrika reminisces about her past when she sees someone as selfless as Vasudha. She expresses gratitude, attributing Devansh’s recovery to Vasudha’s efforts. Before leaving, Vasudha thanks Chandrika. Meanwhile, Chandrika tells Prabhat that she wishes to meet Guruji, and Prabhat informs her that he has already arranged for Guruji’s visit.
Later, Guruji arrives and states that Devansh’s wife stands as his shield, protecting him from harm. This statement confuses Chandrika and Prabhat, as Devansh is not yet married. Guruji confirms that he is aware of this fact but insists that a woman destined for Devansh has been safeguarding him with her actions. He advises that Devansh’s marriage should take place as soon as possible before offering his blessings and departing.
Meanwhile, Vasudha reflects on her position, realizing that she does not seek the status of Devansh’s wife or the daughter-in-law of the Chauhan family. Instead, she wishes for the strength to fulfill her responsibilities. Suddenly, Raghu deceives her by falsely claiming that Devansh’s health has worsened. Alarmed, Vasudha rushes outside, only to realize that Raghu is mocking her concern for Devansh. Enraged, she chases him. At that moment, Madhav arrives and hands Vasudha a wedding invitation, showing it to Hanumant as well. Hanumant takes Madhav away, and Vasudha follows them.
Elsewhere, Sarika confides in Karishma about her plan to expose Devansh to Chandrika. Karishma, however, believes that Chandrika will remain lenient towards Devansh, especially since he is still recovering.
Hanumant presents Vasudha’s wedding invitation to Chandrika. Sarika argues that the first invitation should have been offered to the temple, but Hanumant asserts that the Chauhan mansion itself is his temple. Sarika mocks him, and Mayur steps in, urging her to stop. As Vasudha and Madhav approach Chandrika to present the wedding invitation, Vasudha suddenly recalls her marriage with Devansh and faints. Savitri quickly revives her by sprinkling water on her face.
Madhav proceeds to hand the wedding invitation to Chandrika, who is taken aback to see her family’s names on it. Sarika, meanwhile, becomes irritated upon noticing that her name is missing. Overcome with emotion, Vasudha grapples with the reality of her past marriage to Devansh and wonders how she can marry Madhav. Tears well up in her eyes as Avinash reminds her that there is still time before her final departure (bidaai). Chandrika acknowledges that after Vasudha’s marriage, Hanumant and Raghu will become her responsibility. As Hanumant, Madhav, and Vasudha prepare to leave, Sarika stops them in their tracks.
